Restorative poses teach you the art of deep, profound relaxation. Breathing, centering and tension relieving techniques will also be included.)

The Facility:
Arc Retreat Center is situated on 73 acres of beautiful pine and hardwood forests. A spring-fed creek flows into a nearby undeveloped lake. There is a warm and comfortable cedar log retreat house and walking and skiing trails. The quiet atmosphere encourages reflection and introspection.
Accomodations and Food:
The $300 price is based on single occupancy in quaint, clean rooms. A shared bath accomodates four to six rooms. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided. Delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian selections, which include home-made bread and desserts, will be served.

The fee for the entire retreat includes room, meals and all yoga sessions; call Maryann for details. A
$200 non-refundable down payment
is needed at the time of booking.
Full payment is due by one month before the retreat.

If you like yoga, you will love this vacation! Na Balam has 32 air-confitioned rooms, pool, oceanside snack bar and swimming at the white sand beach in front of the hotel. There is a nearby wildlife preserve and coral reef, and you will be able to visit Mayan archeological sites at Tulum, Cobà and Chichén Itzà. Yoga sessions are held in a treetop palapa - covered with a thatched roof and open to the breeze.
